These terms apply to purchases from blank::street through this website. They do not limit your rights under Philippine consumer law.

Products & sizing
Review the product description, photographs and selected size before ordering. Product-specific measurements take priority over general fit advice. Distressing and washed finishes can vary between garments; this does not excuse a defect or a material difference from the description. Your selected options are shown in your bag and order details.
Prices & payment
Prices are in Philippine pesos. Review the final order total and any disclosed taxes or adjustments before payment. Available payment methods appear at Shopify checkout. Do not send payment-card details through email or Instagram.
Free delivery within the Philippines
We deliver nationwide within the Philippines at no delivery charge. International shipping is not offered. Processing takes 1–3 days. Delivery to Visayas and Luzon is estimated at 4–7 days after dispatch; estimates are not guarantees. Provide a complete, accurate delivery address and contact number.
Order issues, returns & refunds
If an item is defective, incorrect, damaged or materially different from its description, contact us with your order details and a description of the issue. Please provide reasonable supporting evidence, such as photos of the item and packaging; an unboxing video is not a condition for exercising your statutory rights. We will provide the remedy required by applicable law, which may include repair, replacement or refund. These rights are not waived by a sale, discount or customization.
We do not accept change-of-mind returns or size exchanges for correctly supplied, non-defective items. Please check measurements before ordering. This does not restrict remedies for goods that fail to match the agreed description or order.
Resolving a complaint
Contact us first so we can review the order and propose a resolution. You may also seek assistance from the Department of Trade and Industry. Nothing here prevents you from using statutory complaint procedures or obtaining a remedy from a competent authority.

The Legal page includes our privacy and cookie notices, which explain how personal data is handled and how to manage your choices. Changes to these terms apply prospectively and do not remove rights attached to an existing order. Philippine law applies, without excluding mandatory consumer protections.

Information & purposes
Order and contact information can include your name, email, phone number, delivery/billing address, selected products and options, transaction references and communications. We use this to process orders, arrange delivery, provide support and deal with returns or complaints. Shopify and payment providers process checkout and payment information through their systems.
Technical information can include IP address, browser/device information, cookie identifiers and storefront activity. It supports operation, security and fraud prevention. Optional analytics and marketing involve additional processing according to your choices and the store’s configured services.
Lawful grounds
We process information needed to perform your order contract or steps you request before ordering, to comply with legal obligations, and for legitimate operational and security interests subject to your rights. Where consent is the applicable basis, it must be freely given and can be withdrawn. Browsing the site or buying a shirt does not by itself amount to consent to optional marketing.
Recipients & overseas processing
Relevant information is handled by Shopify, payment processors, delivery providers and service providers supporting the store. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or to resolve a dispute. Providers may process data outside the Philippines; applicable safeguards and accountability requirements continue to apply. Shopify Network Intelligence is currently enabled for this store; Shopify may combine store interaction data with data from other merchants to improve services, personalization and advertising, subject to applicable settings and choices. Retention & protection
Order, support and transaction records are retained for the period needed to fulfill orders, address disputes and meet applicable accounting, tax or other legal obligations. Information no longer needed should be securely deleted or anonymized. You can request information about the retention period applicable to your records. Access should be restricted to authorized persons and protected by appropriate organizational, physical and technical measures.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions and exceptions in law, you have rights to be informed, access your information, correct errors, object to processing, withdraw consent, seek erasure or blocking, obtain data portability and claim damages where applicable. Contact us to exercise these rights; proportionate identity verification may be needed. You may raise a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.
